"na Skylark" is devoted to the traditional music of Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, and Brittany on Ireland's national instruments: the Irish harp and the Irish uilleann ("elbow") pipes. na Skylark weaves these instruments and others – including the Appalachian mountain dulcimer, Irish flutes and whistles, the Irish fiddle, and various percussion – into a tapestry of sound and feeling that's truly unique. Imagine the Celtic Women “off broadway” and know you are in for a treat. Join us for a wee while as Lorinda Jones (harp, dulcimer) and Cathy Wilde (pipes, whistles) and Jannell Canerday (vocals and fiddle) share the music, history, songs and stories of the Celtic lands and send your spirits soaring
