About The Event
Wintersong: In this new collaboration, musician Simon Chrisman and dancer, singer, and musician Nic Gareiss partner with Third Coast Dance Company to create an hourlong concert of music and movement centering winter, solstice, and Yule. Combining traditional tunes and step dance from Ireland, Canada, and Appalachia with seasonal songs, ballads, and new movement from Third Coast Dance Company, Wintersong presents an evening of sound and gesture to kindle warmth during the shortest days of the year.
7pm show, 6:30 doors
This multidisciplinary work will be presented in the round, and seating is limited!
