Tony is an evocative and soulful  singer, a wide-ranging songwriter and a virtuoso multi-instrumentalist adept on banjo, cello-banjo, slide guitar and baritone ukulele who mixes and matches sounds and styles with the flair of a master chef (he’s  also an accomplished sculptor, but that’s another story).

BOTTLENECK SLIDE GUITAR WORKSHOP:

"In  this 1 1/2 hour class, I will cover the basics of playing guitar with a  bottleneck slide. I will also briefly touch on finger-style picking as  it relates to playing slide guitar. And finally, to bring it all  together, I will teach the WHOLE class to play a simple 12 bar blues  using the slide with a finger style approach. Any level guitar player is  welcome. Bring an acoustic guitar and a slide of your choice. Or just  come to listen and ask questions. I will have a few bottleneck slides to  borrow for those who aren’t able to locate one."
